Project Description:
The clients purchased the building as a retirement home.
This beautifully positioned house was an existing guesthouse situated next to a popular surf spot and boasting uninterrupted sea views.
Due to structural issues the client had to demolish the existing structure and the house was redesigned using the original footprint.
The design concept was modern beach house focusing the design to connect all spaces to the view and enforce the connection between inside and outside living.
The house consists of five bedrooms all with en-suite and several living spaces all connecting to the view and the beach.
