Project Description:
The client wanted to create a small but exclusive hotel situated close to the airport. The property consisted of a dilapidated building which was partly demolished.
The greatest project challenge was the restricted property size which affected the parking requirements whilst achieving the maximum profitable area.
The design was inspired by maximising space on the site using clean uncluttered lines allowing the opulence of the interior finishes to surprise the guest.
The buildings lower florr consists of a dining area, bar, entrance and relaxation areas, kitchen and guest ablutions.
The upper level of the building consists of the luxury guest units including en-suite, coffee bar, seating area and balcony.
Included on the upper level is a relaxation area and spa room for beauty treatments exclusive to clients.
