This beautifully positioned house was an existing guesthouse situated next to a popular surf spot and boasting uninterrupted sea views. Due to structural issues the client had to demolish the existing structure and the house was redesigned using the original footprint. The property consisted of a dilapidated building which was partly demolished. The greatest project challenge was the restricted property size which affected the parking requirements whilst achieving the maximum profitable area. The design was inspired by maximising space on the site using clean uncluttered lines allowing the opulence of the interior finishes to surprise the guest.
