The client wanted a large retirement home that was well equipped for entertaining.
The house was designed to capture the spirit of the St Francis Canals, which is all about relaxation and holiday atmosphere.
As part of the design – maximum canal frontage was achieved as there is a private beach, jetty and unobstructed views.
The house expression is in the typical St Francis style but with a modern twist also using materials and finishes which combine to make an easy living comfortable home.
