We strive to provide quality, effective and timely service to our clients and to establish and maintain sound relationships with clients based on mutual respect. Committed to making a difference to our planet and those who inhabit it, by designing healthy and energy efficient buildings, using recycled and recyclable materials where possible in the built environment.
Diane is a registered Professional Architectural Technologist (PAT) with the South African Institute of Architectural Technologists, with more than 35 years of experience. Diane gained much of her experience with the Jeffreys Bay municipality, working in the engineering and architectural offices. She has been involved in various projects, ranging from residential dwellings to factories and warehouses. She has a flair for design and is passionate about her work.
Don Bruce Garcia (Pr Eng, PSAT)
Don heads the consulting engineering division of the company. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Senior Architectural Technologist, with more than 50 years experience in the design, fabrication, erection and management of various steel and concreete structures in South Africa and abroad along wit hall aspects of structural and civil engineering. Don is a member of the Engineering Council of South Africa and of the South African Institue of Civil Engineers. He was also involved in the design of various high-rise concrete framed buildings in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), Jeffreys Bay and elsewhere over the last 30 years.
